When it is left up to one person in the Government to decide if you can be arrested and detained indefinitely it appears to be a direct violation of the constitution. I think Thomas Jefferson said it best, (I paraphrase) A Government big enough to give you everything is big enough to take everything a way. Yesterday the United Stated took a major step toward becoming a total Police State. Now you have the think Police, The stink police, what you look like police, speech police. No longer is it what you do but what they think you may do. Do you see where this welfare state is now paying with liberty. Throw the bums out of Congress.
